You Leave Me Breathless Burger
Ingredients
4 slices of bacon (not maple)
1 12oz package of whole mushrooms
1lb of 80% ground beef
10 oz block of feta cheese
Udi’s Gluten Free Bread or Buns
1 half stick of butter
4 slices of mild cheddar cheese
1 tomato
Directions
1. Cook bacon in a saute pan until crisp, and remove from pan. 2. In the same pan add the mushrooms (cleaned and sliced) and saute until golden brown. Remove from pan. 3. Add the beef and feta cheese into a medium bowl and mix with your hands. When these ingredients are mixed, make two big hand sized patties and cook them in the same pan until med-rare. Remove patties and put them aside (cover to keep warm). 4. Butter four slices of Udi's sandwich bread (or two buns) on both sides and place them in the same pan. Toast the bread on both sides until it is a light brown. 4. Place bread on a plate, put the cheese on next, then the burgers, then the mushrooms, the bacon, and finally top the burgers with thin sliced tomatoes.
