Why are there no heating instructions on your product?
We do not include heating instructions on our gluten-free breads and baked goods because we do not always sell our products in the freezer. Most of our products can stay in ambient temperatures for up to 7 days. If you choose to store your products in the freezer you can heat them in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes or in the microwave for 15-30 seconds depending on your settings. Another option for the breads is to put them straight into the toaster. When re-heating in the oven or microwave you may want to sprinkle a few drops of water on the product to help the product retain moisture.

Will you ever remove eggs from your products?
Although we realize that there are vegan egg replacements available, our certified master baker does not have plans to replace the eggs used in our baking process at this time. Our recipe is a proprietary recipe and the eggs serve as an important component to the baking process. With this said, please know that our product development team is quite aware of egg allergies and we receive many requests to eliminate this item. In the meantime enjoy our egg-free and gluten-free granolas.

How should I store Udi’s Gluten Free Foods and Granola?
Our gluten-free baked goods are unique in the sense that they stay fresh on your counter for up to seven days. If you do not plan on eating your product in seven days or less then the proper shelf life for baked goods is as follows: 180 days frozen and 7 days ambient. Our gluten-free granola has a shelf life of 180 days.
