Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Sticks
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of almond milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash of cinnamon
- 8 slices of Udi's Cinnamon Raisin Bread
- Maple syrup, for serving
- Heat skillet over medium high heat
- In a bowl, combine eggs, almond milk, salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Slice bread into long, thin slices. Dip into egg mixture and place on hot skillet. After 2 minutes, flip and repeat.
- Serve with a side of maple syrup
