Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Sticks




  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 8 slices of Udi's Cinnamon Raisin Bread
  • Maple syrup, for serving


  • Heat skillet over medium high heat
  • In a bowl, combine eggs, almond milk, salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  • Slice bread into long, thin slices. Dip into egg mixture and place on hot skillet. After 2 minutes, flip and repeat.
  • Serve with a side of maple syrup
