Ingredients

2 Angus All-Beef Hot Dogs
Chili
2 Udi’s Gluten Free Hot Dog Buns
Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Green Onions, chopped
Tabasco (Optional)

Directions

1. Cook the hot dogs your preferred way (either roast or boil them) according to package directions.
2. Heat Chili
3. Toast the Udi’s Hot Dog Buns
4. Pour hot chili over the buns, place the hot dogs on the chili. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions over it.
5. If you like, shake a bit of Tabasco sauce on top.

This is an open-faced poboy, so enjoy with a fork and knife!
