UdiGooey Granola Bars (from Mary P.)




2 Cups Udi's Granola
1/2 Cup Rice Krispies (Gluten-Free Version)
1/2 Cup GFCF Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Cup CF Butter/Margarine, softened
1/4 Cup Honey
1/2 tsp GF Vanilla Extract


-Preheat oven to 350 degrees. -Mix all ingredients. -Press greased 9 x 13 pan. -Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. -Wait until bars are completely cooled before cutting. Thanks to Mary P. at The GFCF Mom for this yummy granola bar recipe!
