  • 1 Lb Ground beef (I use 93% lean)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil, divided
  • 1 Large Onion, sliced
  • 1 Udi's Gluten Free Classic OR Whole Grain Hamburger Bun
  • Pepper
  • 4 Cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 Cups Roma tomato, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Yellow mustard
