Gluten Free Club
- 2 slices Udis White Sandwich Bread
- 3-4 slices smoked turkey
- 1/2 avocado
- 2-3 slices black forest ham
- Handful spring mix or other lettuce/greens
- 2 slices American cheese
- 1 bottle Dijon mustard
- Lightly toast the bread.
- Spread one side of the toasted bread with Dijon mustard and top with turkey and avocado.
- Layer spring mix, ham, and american cheese followed by another piece of bread spread with Dijon mustard.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
