Gluten Free Club




  • 2 slices Udis White Sandwich Bread
  • 3-4 slices smoked turkey
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2-3 slices black forest ham
  • Handful spring mix or other lettuce/greens
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1 bottle Dijon mustard


  1. Lightly toast the bread.
  2. Spread one side of the toasted bread with Dijon mustard and top with turkey and avocado.
  3. Layer spring mix, ham, and american cheese followed by another piece of bread spread with Dijon mustard.
  4. Cut in half and enjoy!
