Grilled Personal Hamburger Pizzas




1 package Udi’s Hambuger Buns Olive oil 1 cup jarred gluten-free meat sauce 4 cups shredded mozzarella Toppings: sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, olives, etc.


Heat a grill to medium heat. Open hamburger buns and brush both sides with olive oil. Top with sauce, toppings and cheese. Place on the grill until the cheese melts. To Prevent a mess, place aluminum foil under pizzas when grilling. Recipe developed by Amy Howard of Easy Eats magazine.
