Stir Fry Chicken Pizza




Chicken Stir Fry
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 cubed chicken breasts
1 cup fresh broccoli flowerets
1 small onion dices
3 cloves crushed garlic
½ red peppers cubed
1 cup cubed fresh zucchini
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp soy sauce (gluten free)
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 teaspoon fish sauce

Topping Ingredients:
1 8 oz pk cream cheese
½ cup shredded Havarti or 4 slices
1 Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust
1 Cup grated Parmesan


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake crust with the cream cheese until melted and you can smooth it across the crust.
2. Add the havarti and melt. Pull out of oven until stir fry is ready.
3. Heat sesame oil in wok or deep skillet, add chicken cubes, onions, garlic and fry until half cooked. Add remainder of the vegetables, then add fish sauce, chili paste, soy sauce. Toss and add corn starch mixture and cook until it becomes a sauce. Cook with lid off so the liquids can steam off. You want it to have a little sauce but not too much so it does not make the crust wet.
4. Add Stir fry to the top of the pizza (best if placed onto a stone), then add the cup of Parmesan to the top and cook until cheese is bubbly and melted.
