Udi’s Turkey Pesto Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices of Udi's Gluten Free Bread (we enjoy the white sandwich bread)
- 3 slices roasted turkey
- 2 tbsp. pesto
- 2 slices smoked Gouda
- 1 tbsp. pine nuts
- Optional; 5 sundried tomatoes
- Preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Spread the pesto on both slices of bread. Assemble the sliced turkey, smoked Gouda, toasted pine nuts, and sun-dried tomatoes on prepared bread.
- Butter the bread and grill until lightly browned. Flip over and repeat on other side until cheese is melted.
