Udi’s Turkey Pesto Grilled Cheese




  • 2 slices of Udi's Gluten Free Bread (we enjoy the white sandwich bread)
  • 3 slices roasted turkey
  • 2 tbsp. pesto
  • 2 slices smoked Gouda
  • 1 tbsp. pine nuts
  • Optional; 5 sundried tomatoes
  • Butter


  1. Preheat skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread the pesto on both slices of bread. Assemble the sliced turkey, smoked Gouda, toasted pine nuts, and sun-dried tomatoes on prepared bread.
  3. Butter the bread and grill until lightly browned. Flip over and repeat on other side until cheese is melted.
