Open-Faced Roast Beef Sandwich




1 pound of Tyson Gluten free roast beef sliced thin
1 onion sliced
6 mushroom sliced
2 garlic cloves diced
2 packets of Mayacamas Savory Herb gluten free gravy
4 slices of Udi’s gluten free white bread
4 slices of provolone cheese(optional)
Olive oil or oil if your choice


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the four slices of Udi’s bread on an oven safe plate or pan and cover with provolone cheese and Tyson gluten free roast beef.
3.Place in the oven for about 10 minutes. Saute the sliced onions, mushrooms and garlic in a little olive oil. Pour over your roast beef sandwiches and leave in oven on warm.
4. Whisk the gravy packets with 2 cups of boiling water then pour it over your sandwiches. Enjoy!
